Compliance Auditor
Abby Dawson graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and later a Specialized Diploma in Accounting. Abby was formerly an Accounting Consultant and Researcher, and is also a CPA candidate. She is a cooperative team player with attention to detail and is enthusiastic about her career as an Auditor at Odds on Compliance. Abby is part of the Audit team and sets up testing templates, tests evidence received, and documents the results.

Alison Staknis
Director, Regulatory Operations
Alison Staknis has over 25 years of gaming industry experience and was most recently the Internet Gaming Manager and Director of Compliance for Resorts Digital Gaming, LLC., where she collaborated on the launch of several internet gaming skins working with notable partners such as PokerStars, DraftKings and Barstool Sports. Staknis’ previous experience spans a variety of casino operators and provides Odds On Compliance with a wealth of knowledge. She has worked at the Golden Nugget Atlantic City as the Controller and Director of Finance, overseeing the cashiering, accounting, and finance departments, and was a member of the opening team at Mount Airy Casino Resort in the Poconos as the Director of Finance. She also spent 7+ years as the Director of Casino/Hotel Accounting at the Sands Casino Hotel where she stayed on as a member of the closing team. Prior to that, Staknis oversaw a 100+ staff in the cashiering operations department at Harrah’s Atlantic City and started her career at Caesars Entertainment where she held accounting, compliance, and cage operations positions.She graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a master’s degree in Business Administration.

Andrew Maloney
Advisor, Regulatory Affairs
Andrew Maloney is currently a 3L at Rutgers Law Camden, and a 2020 graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a BBA in Legal Studies. He serves on the Executive Board of the Rutgers Business Law Review and participates in the Entrepreneurship Clinic, which assists startups in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Andrew has experience in different legal fields, including gaming, investment management, and civil defense. He has worked with Odds On Compliance since 2021, is passionate about the gaming law field, and is excited to contribute to the team at Odds On Compliance.

Anna Bullock
Research Analyst
Anna Bullock joined Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) in 2003. She held roles in Quality Assurance distributing and managing projects within an assigned team and reviewing of certification reports for clients worldwide, then as Client Services Assistant supporting the sales team with management of leads, sales opportunities, and maintenance of CRM, and ultimately as a Proposal Writer in the Procurement department, preparing and reviewing high quality statements of work for clients worldwide. In September 2022, Anna joined Odds On Compliance, allowing her 18 years of gaming industry experience to be utilized as a Research Analyst.

Anthony (Hank) Locicero

Anthony Locicero is a skilled analyst of regulatory affairs, with a deep understanding of the ever-changing landscape of regulations and policies. Proficient in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Possesses excellent research and analytical skills and strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Dedicated to ensuring that products and services meet regulatory requirements while promoting the highest safety and efficacy standards.

Aymen Boulmedais
Director of Product
Aymen Boulmedais has 14+ years of B2C industry experience within leading gambling companies, operating worldwide. Aymen’s sustained interest for sustainability, compliance and regulatory affairs led him to endorse pivotal roles in the areas of Responsible Gambling, Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing Compliance, Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Affairs. He firmly believes arming industry stakeholders with ever better compliance notions and empowering them with access to regulatory knowledge is key to facilitate market development, build a longstanding profitable business model, and an ever more sustainable gambling industry.

Cheryl Jones
President, Europe
Cheryl Jones is the former Chief Legal and Compliance Officer for Lady Luck Games AB and G Games Ltd, and previously managed the Technical Compliance and Quality Assurance teams for EMEA for Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). She was also Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for GLI UK and NMi Metrology and Gaming, charged with developing and implementing the legal and regulatory compliance team. Jones was also named one of the Most Influential Women in Gaming (2022) by Slot Gods. She has also worked with international regulatory bodies, offering guidance on responsible gambling, contributing to gaming’s private and regulatory spheres’ policy, and responding to regulatory and technical consultations globally.

Christopher Smith
Manager of Regulatory Operations, Payments & Fraud
Christopher Smith has a decade of casino, igaming, sportsbook experience as a Risk, Payments, and Player Support Manager and is currently Manager of Regulatory Operations in Payments, & Fraud. His experience includes conducting fraud risk assessments on new products and services and performing investigations of fraud cases. He is also a certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and severed 10 years in the Navy.

Dan Hegarty
Analyst, Regulatory Affairs
Dan has 31 years of experience in the Department of Law and Public Safety, New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. He began as an Investigator in 1990, investigating financial compliance and enforcement on domestic and foreign corporate entities. He later became a Team Leader on initial gaming investigations, coordinated personnel, and reviewed resulting reports. In 2019, Dan was promoted to Administrator of Investigations, where he supervised and managed the SILB Gaming Unit, prepared investigation plans, assigned cases, and reviewed reports. He trained new investigative staff, interacted with legal staff, and prepared monthly reports.

Elizabeth Cammack
Manager, Central Projects
Elizabeth has 8+ years within the payments & Fintech industry and holds a M.S. in Digital Forensics and Cyber Investigation. In previous roles, she managed projects ranging from small and team-oriented to large companywide ventures. She is detail oriented, well organized, and excels at keeping projects focused on milestones. Her main objective is to streamline processes while continuing to support company growth.

Emily is a data-driven marketer who leverages analytics to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results. She is also adept at social media management, email marketing, and content creation.

Eric Frank

Odds On Compliance is led by Eric Frank. Eric served as global Group Compliance Officer for The Stars Group Inc. (NASDAQ: TSG), one of the world’s largest online gaming operators. Eric Frank has unique expertise navigating complex compliance and regulatory matters throughout the world. He has managed global compliance teams with responsibilities in 20+ licensed markets worldwide and served as the principal legal advisor for regulatory, licensing and compliance matters in the United States, Latin American and Asia at TSG.
Eric also has over a decade of experience in private practice at one of the world’s largest law firms, advising gaming clients on a full range of regulatory and licensing matters, and in government at all levels – federal, state and international – drafting statutes and regulations and advising on policy

Eric Weiss
President, North America
Eric Weiss spent 30 years with the New Jersey Division of Gaming (DGE) Enforcement. He was a former investigator before taking over as the Lab Director in 2008, and then Chief of Staff in 2016. Weiss has been recognized for his efforts to improve the oversight and regulation of casino gaming technology. In 2011, he led two industry work groups, to draft regulations designed to streamline the regulatory process, embrace best practices and ensure the ongoing integrity of casino systems and gaming equipment. In 2013, he played a key role in bringing Internet gaming to New Jersey, as he was responsible for researching policy, approving Internet gaming technology and regulating Atlantic City’s Internet gaming operations. Preceding his retirement Weiss was a key member of Director Rebuck’s Executive Staff, overseeing the DGE’s Engineering, Quality Assurance, Casino Services, Cyber Security and Information Technology Investigations teams.

Erin Bianchi

Erin graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology before joining Gaming Laboratories (GLI) in 2010. She has held supportive roles in Engineering and Sales, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in delivering quality work and driving sales. Erin is currently the Manager of Senior Manager, Special Projects at Odds On, where she utilizes her experience in the gaming industry to streamline processes and implement new strategies for the company’s success. Her passion for excellence and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Jared Bowen
Senior Director, Internal Infrastructure & IT
Jared Bowen is a US Army veteran, who deployed to Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom, from 2010-2011. Prior to joining the OOC team Jared was an IT Management Professional, who has supported businesses across multiple industries over the last 10 years. He specializes in developing processes to streamline efficiency and production utilizing the latest technologies. Jared is responsible for implementing and managing our internal IT processes and workflows. He works with other departments to help supplement automation tools which help reduce repetitive manual work.

Jason Wellendorf
Research & Compliance Analyst
Jason has years of experience in assisting clients across highly regulated industries and regularly leads client efforts to obtain requisite gaming and sports wagering-related licensure in numerous domestic and international markets. Jason’s acute understanding of each market’s unique requirements provides a scalable, technology-driven approach that simplifies the license application process, removes barriers to entry, and allows clients to focus on their business. Jason graduated from Muskingum University where he was also a member of the school’s NCAA lacrosse team.

Jean Ridge-Dimm

Jean Ridge-Dimm has more than 24 years of experience as a certified paralegal with various law firms as well as with Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). Jean is also a Notary Public who is detail-oriented and completes multiple projects in a timely manner.

Jenna Amore
Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing
Jenna Amore graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and joined Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) in 2007. Over the next 13 years, she held roles in Quality Assurance preparing certification reports for regulators worldwide, then as Quality Management Administrator assisting with audits & ISO accreditations, and ultimately as a Proposal Writer in the Procurement division, preparing competitive and compliant responses to RFPs. Prior to joining Odds On Compliance in 2021, Jenna was the Marketing Director for a financial advisory firm, managing all of the firm’s communications, social media, and events. Today, Jenna is putting her years of gaming industry experience to use as the Senior Manager of Sales and Marketing at Odds On, handling marketing initiatives, proposals, and business development.

Joe Casole

Joe is an experienced advisor for public and private interests in highly regulated industries such as gaming, cannabis, and finance. He has worked as a regulatory attorney and litigator in global law firms and in-house counsel for Gaming Laboratories International. Joe is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and Certified Compliance and Ethic Professional, making him a reliable source for compliance solutions across jurisdictions. He has served on the Board of the New Jersey State Bar Association Casino Law Section and Cannabis Law Special Committee and has a broad network that helps him deliver innovative solutions for complex regulatory issues.

John Wellendorf
Director, Regulatory Affairs
John Wellendorf has vast experience in risk management, compliance, and government relations in both gaming and financial industries. He held positions such as Head of US Compliance at Tipico and Senior Compliance Officer at PointsBet, leading compliance efforts in new state launches, operational compliance, technical compliance, licensing, regulatory affairs, and government relations. John has excellent relationships with regulators nationwide and in-depth knowledge of jurisdictional regulations. At Odds On Compliance, he helps operators take a holistic and efficient approach to their compliance strategy.

Mark Scrivo

Mark has been working in IT for the past 24 years and has worn many different hats, from network engineer to security specialist and project manager. He has helped develop and implement IT systems and processes across a range of different industries, including heath care, aviation, and automotive.

MaryBeth Butler
Director, Revenue Audit
Marybeth Butler is a prior regulator from both the Casino Control Commission and Division of Gaming Enforcement in New Jersey. She began her career in 1987 as an Auditor and quickly climbed through the ranks to lead the Revenue Certification team starting in 1995. Marybeth used her years of experience to develop audit strategies for the introduction of Internet gaming in 2013. She also played a key role in establishing the regulatory framework for sports wagering in 2018. Marybeth successfully guided her revenue certification and audit teams which grew from six to fifteen until she retired from state service in 2021.

Matthew Krince
Senior Advisory, Regulatory Audit
For over 15 years, Matt Krince has been leading and maneuvering client audit, risk and regulatory compliance activities across a wide range of financial, banking and Gaming institutions. Matt has championed company culture through extensive knowledge of laws, regulations, standards, and policies set by the local, state, and federal governing bodies. A proven leader in managing teams through planning, testing and reporting phases of compliance and regulatory audits, with experience in examining a wide array of complex control environments while undertaking extensive work remediating matters requiring attention with regulating bodies. From building out regulatory compliance programs through testing their effectiveness and issue remediation, his experience has led to safe and secure control environments for businesses across numerous highly regulated industries.

Mike Mignone
Director, Technical Compliance
Mike Mignone earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stockton University in 2005. In 2007, he became part of the compliance team at Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), where he spent over a decade developing and maintaining strong relationships with state and tribal regulatory bodies. During his tenure at GLI, Mike spoke on gaming panels and was instrumental in establishing the Technical Tribal Team, which provided tribal regulators with 24/7 support access. In 2019, Mike accepted the position of Technical Compliance Manager for William Hill. In this role, he supported various state launches, developed change management processes, and provided internal guidance on all areas of technical compliance to dev teams, QA staff, and operations. In June 2021, Mike joined Odds On Compliance (formerly EDF Compliance) as Director of Technical Compliance, leveraging his 16+ years of gaming experience to provide expert technical compliance support to companies seeking to expand into US markets.

Sean was on the Playbook launch team and led company efforts in collecting and annotating sports betting regulations and statutes for the highly fragmented US market. Sean now leverages his expertise of sports betting and gaming regulations to assist clients with regulatory and licensing compliance solutions. Sean is a graduate of Rutgers Law, where he gained valuable practical experience working with the Entrepreneurship Clinic and participating in several sports law negotiation competitions across the country.
